1. Le Vieux Navire - Buchillon, VD
The perch fillets of Buchillon is a tradition since 1919 at Le Vieux Navire. A magnificent lakeside setting, whether on the terrace or in their indoor dining room. We recommend the Menu Tradition from CHF 44, including a salad and 1 or 2 courses of perch fillets served with home fries.
2. Restaurant de la Plage - Gland, VD
Don't let the front of this little beach restaurant put you off. Despite its simplistic decor, this restaurant is one of the most beautiful terraces on the coast, serving some of the region's best perch fillets and other lake and sea produce. We recommend the two courses of perch fillets with homemade sauce.
3. Creux de Genthod - Versoix, GE
A magnificent lakeside terrace where you can enjoy fish from Lake Geneva and discover gourmet, home-cooked cuisine using local produce. Perch fillets in the traditional "meunieres" style, served in 1 or 2 courses.
4. Hotel Le Rive - Nyon, VD
A beautiful lakeside address in Nyon, where you can enjoy traditional brasserie cuisine. A varied menu of lake fish and grilled meats. Even if the perch fillets aren't served in the traditional 2-course format, it's still one of my favorite place to enjoy them.
5. L’Auberge d’Hermance, Geneve, GE
An absolutely idyllic setting not far from the lakeside in Hermance. A very refined menu featuring local produce. The perch fillets are to die for. And if you're not in the mood for fish, chicken en croute de sel is one of their specialties.
